work hard to assure our fish are of an appropriate size, coloration and health. Imported fish are quarantined for seven days
to assure they are free from parasites and disease. Quality control procedures consist of five
checkpoints before any of our fish are packaged for shipping. Any fish we list on our availability list
must meet or exceed our high standards.

490,000 gallons of water and our farm has nearly 900 ponds with an additional capacity
